EGR Delete

Removing, shutting off or eliminating EGR and DPF are the most requested modifications.

Over time exhaust gasses cause layers of soot to accumulate on the walls/pipes/valves etc. of a vehicle engine. These issues can lead to increased fuel consumption, loss in power, reduced engine life, valves not sealing properly, error codes in the ECU, black smoke from the exhaust pipe, vehicle is in LIMP mode.

DPF Delete

DPF stands for ‘Diesel Particle Filter’. It catches and stores exhaust ash particles and other contaminants to reduce particulate matter (PM) emissions from diesel engines. Clogged filter can cause many problems for your vehicle’s engine.

Main problems that can occur when DPF is clogged:

• Rise of the oil level.
• High regeneration frequency (abnormal vibrations and excessive white smoke).
• Car goes into LIMP mode (reduced power).
• Higher fuel consumption.
• Faults in display or fault in engine module.
• High repair costs when there is a defect.

To avoid most of these problems, we offer the removal of DPF including EGR.

AdBlue system delete

The AdBlue and SCR system is a relatively complex system with a variety of electronic sensors, modules and pumps, these systems can fail and can be expensive to repair.
